With more than 25 years of experience in Central Florida, Tim is a recognized real estate leader on a local, state, and national level and has been inducted into the National Association of REALTORS® Hall of Fame. His leadership and expertise in real estate extends to his election to the Florida Realtors® Leadership Team, the largest professional trade association in the state and the largest Realtor® organization in the country.
Tim’s business acumen and work as an elected official, overseeing a 3.5 billion dollar capital budget as two-term Chairman of one of the fastest growing school district’s in the state of Florida, further solidifies his understanding of the vital importance of economic development in our region.
In 2021, Governor Ron DeSantis appointed Tim to the Executive Board for the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority where he continues to use his talents in leadership, strategic planning, and site development to guide the more than 4 billion dollar comprehensive construction project of the largest airport in the state of Florida and the 8th largest airport across the nation.
With a career spanning more than two decades in Central Florida, he specializes in identifying and transitioning commercial real estate assets into high value investments for clients. Working across multiple verticals, Tim has proven his ability to achieve results in numerous asset classes.
Tim is also the owner of multiple companies, including dbrCommercial Real Estate Services, Dream Builders Realty, Strategic Advantage Consulting, and 37 Capital Partners. He resides in Lake Nona, Florida and plays an active role in the Central Florida community.
